Reports
Read occupancy, average price and revenue per room for any period.
Three numbers tell you how a hotel is doing: occupancy (how many room nights you sold), ADR (the average price of a sold night) and RevPAR (revenue per available room night, which combines the two). Hoteliera calculates them from your bookings; there is nothing to set up. The figures below come from the handful of test bookings made earlier in this guide, so they are small. With a few months of real bookings the same screens become your monthly check-up. For the ideas behind the numbers, see ADR and RevPAR, explained simply.
Hands-on: RevPAR and ADR
- Open Reports › RevPar/ Adr.
- Set the Report Period (here November) and Group By Week.
- The cards on top give the totals: with two November bookings (Sophie and the Bruno family), occupancy is 3.9%, ADR €160.86 and RevPAR €6.29.
- The table splits the figures week by week and per room type. Rows after today are greyed: they are on the books, not yet realised.
Hands-on: the sales report
- Open Reports › Sales report.
- Pick a Preset (here Next 60 days) or a Stay period.
- The totals show reservations, rooms, nights, guests, lodging and income, split by channel in the table below. Once Booking.com or Airbnb are connected, each gets its own column.
