Products: concert tickets

Torino has concerts almost every night, and guests often ask the desk to get tickets. Alberto books them and charges the ticket price plus a €3 booking fee per ticket for the desk’s time. Two desk-only products in the Concierge collection cover it, and both end up on the guest’s invoice with their own VAT rate.

Hands-on

1. In Settings › Products, click Add product: Concierge, Concert ticket, Sold by Piece, 35 EUR.
2. Add a second product: Ticket booking fee, 3 EUR, with the 22% VAT of a service.
3. Click Save.

See the effect: on the bill

Sophie wants two tickets for Friday. In Financials › Services and extra products › +, category Concierge: 2 tickets and 2 booking fees. €70 + €6 are added to her bill.

See the effect: on the invoice

Click + next to Fiscal invoice, tick only the two ticket lines, leave the payment method on None (she’ll pay later) and click Save. A separate invoice lists the tickets at 10% and the fee at 22%: €76 in total.
