Meal plans

Hotel Alberto serves breakfast, but not every guest wants it. Offering both “room only” and “bed & breakfast” lets guests choose, and lets you price breakfast properly instead of hiding it in the room rate. In Hoteliera a meal plan is simply an option you switch on; the prices come later, in the rate plans, where every meal plan gets its own column.

Hands-on

1. Go to Settings › Meal plans.
2. Tick Room Only (RO) and Bed & Breakfast (BB). Leave the others (half board, full board, all inclusive) unticked.
3. Click Save.

See the effect

Setup progress ticks off Meal plans. On the booking website, each room will show No meals and Breakfast as two choices; you’ll see that once the rate plans exist.
