The owner on the phone

Alberto isn’t always at the desk. On the way to the market or at the bank, he wants to know who arrives today and whether a room is still free for tonight. Hoteliera’s admin works in any phone browser, at the same address, with the same login, so there is no app to install. Add it to your home screen and it opens like one.

Hands-on

1. Open the admin address in your phone’s browser and log in.
2. The Dashboard opens: the setup checklist (until you finish it), then Daily Overview: rooms available, arrivals and departures today, guests in house.
3. Tap Planner in the menu. It shows every room for the next few days, with the same colours as on the computer; the calendar icon jumps to another date.
4. Tap a booking to open it, or the + to add one.
