Pricing and restrictions
Charge more on weekends and ask for a 2-night minimum during a big city event.
Your base prices are set, but not every night is worth the same. Friday and Saturday nights sell more easily, and when Torino hosts a big event, such as Terra Madre Salone del Gusto, the slow-food fair held every two years (most recently 24–27 September 2026), the whole city fills up. One-night bookings in that week leave gaps you can’t fill. Price rules handle both cases on top of your rate plans, so the base prices stay simple. In this chapter Hotel Alberto adds €20 on Friday and Saturday nights and asks for at least 2 nights during an event week. We use 23–26 September 2027 as an example; set the dates of the event you care about.
